אֱלֹהִ֣ים לָ֭נוּ מַחֲסֶ֣ה וָעֹ֑ז
God is our home [refuge] and strength
עֶזְרָ֥ה בְ֝צָר֗וֹת נִמְצָ֥א מְאֹֽד׃

When the shut-down began, I did something I had not done before: I posted on social media. Yes, finally, and, admittedly with some reluctance, I have entered the 21st century. The Pandemic has been a serious threat to our lives, livelihoods, and way of life - and it remains an enormous spiritual opportunity. I wanted to offer more than before, not less. We all need more communication and connection, more inspiration, more compassion, and more support.
